Complex Sportif Guimond provides a unique and modern concept in Quebec, offering all the necessary facilities under one roof to practice our national sport of hockey.

The complex has 3 ice rinks of different sizes. One NHL-standard size rink and the other two of a smaller dimensions (130′ x 60′).  Each ice rink is available for private or group training, hockey games organized by our team, hockey associations or social events.

The Complex is also an oriented off-ice training centre equipped with high performance equipment to upgrade your speed skating techniques and a fitness room for players who want to improve their physical performance and muscular training.

The Complexe Hockey Academy is providing a wide range of development programs for players of all ages and levels, supported by renowned professional trainers.  Over the years, Bob Hartley, Denis Chalifoux, Alex Imbeault and Martin Legault have been the architects of our different hockey programs.

Furthermore, you can register in our year-round 3×3 hockey leagues – the  LHG – owned and operated by the Complexe ensuring reliability and professionalism. All this for maximum fun!
